Materials included in this activity pack have been designed to help students manage their emotions through regulating their breathing and using both chair and traditional yoga.
These routines are also helpful and can be used as a group activity to bring down the energy of a classroom after a lot of activity, to help transition students to a more settled form of classwork or instruction.
All the included resources support the evidence-based practices for students with ASD of Self Management & Visual Supports, but are also useful tools with any student who experiences anxiety or needs emotional support throughout the day. There are several versions of each activity, so make sure to choose the ones that makes the most sense to your student.
