This is a video I created to use as part of a fitness station rotation. It is designed to be projected up on the wall of your gym. Students will follow along with the video as it plays. The circuit includes 2 rounds of exercises, separated by some abdominal stretches in between. Round 1 is a 20 sec plank, 10 reverse crunches, 10 heels to heaven and 10 plank runners. Round 2 is a 20 sec v-sit, 10 plank taps, 10 crunchy frogs and 10 v-ups. The video is narrated with a cadence to tell students when to go up/down for the dynamic exercises, similar to the way FitnessGram tests are utilized, as well as a countdown for static exercises. The video also has a visual countdown/rep counter in the corner. The video is a total of about 5 minutes and 40 seconds. This video is suitable for upper elementary, middle and high school students.
You can easily add music to this video after you download it by using a video editing software such as imovie or windows movie maker.
