This is for the IB Social Relationships topic in FRENCH.
Page 1 - A writing exercise (5 prompts) about how your identity would be different if.... It focuses on the conditional tense. I use it as a writing exercise first so that students can get their ideas out on paper. Then I follow it up with partner conversation.
Page 2 - I actually do this page FIRST. It gets kids thinking about different aspects of what makes them THEM, or different aspects of their identity. It's an exercise to get them to look about themselves through different lenses.
My follow-up activities are IB-style readings (from their IB books) regarding identity. Specifically, I choose linguistic identity and geographic/national identity.
