Are you looking for a group of beginning words that are perfect to jump start communication? This is a core vocabulary card set that will not only help your students with vocabulary but with language and speech as well. This set includes 26 unique core words with pictures. I have included both color version and black and white for easier printing. This set could be used in a classroom, ESL classes, activity centers or a homeschool setting.

The words targeted in this set are: ball, block, apple, car, cat, dog, milk, chair, balloon, train, banana, bath, bear, cookie, truck, book, crackers, truck, pizza, bunny, potty, shirt, hat, phone, boy and girl.

Simply print the cards, laminate them (if you want them to really last). You can use them as teaching cards, matching games or a host of other ways.

I will be adding matching sight word sets, counting clip cards and more to match each unit. So check back often for coordinating items to help increase learning.
