This is a two-sided sheet designed for use when using the Cornell Notes style of note-taking. It is designed to be punched on the left side for use in a 3-ring binder style notebook.
I have designed it so the outside edge of the paper has the "index" to make it easier for the student to find the topic when they are looking for it in their notes. It is primarily designed for Algebra coursework, but can be used for Geometry and other forms of mathematics. I anticipate the greatest usage to be at the High School level, but it can be used at all levels where graphing functions is needed.
This is a free product, but I do ask that you use the money that you would have spent buying a similar product on supplies for your classroom. All of my math product revenue will be given to a non-profit for the express purpose of purchasing classroom supplies in lower paying schools.
