Your students will practice gathering, representing and interpreting data with this easy to set up math station. First, they will gather data by counting the objects on the picture cards. Then, they will use the data to create a tally chart, bar graph or both. Finally, they will interpret the data by writing a sentence on the lines provided.
There is very little set-up for this activity! Print the picture cards on card stock, cut and laminate. Make copies of the recording sheets and the directions sheet. Place everything in a folder or envelope and you're all set!
