Ideas for using this resource
• Print colored counting and tracing sheets and put them in sheet protectors. Let the students use a dry-erase marker to trace numbers.
• Make a booklet using the black and white copies. Let students practice 1:1 correspondence, touching items and then tracing the number.
• Print on cardstock and laminate the objects and numbers cards. Lay out some of the objects. The student counts them and selects the matching number card.
• Make a counting book. Print the objects and number cards and use them to fill in the counting book pages.
