This template is intended to be printed and put inside a sheet protector for each student. Students then use a dry-erase marker to write a given number and circle sets of that number. They can use this mat to discuss their findings to peers and/or the whole class. For example: If you tell students to create sets of 5, a student would write the number 5 at the top and then count and circle 5 dots. They can then practice counting how many sets they were able to create.
