Description

These teddy number mats create a fun hands on learning experience for young children. They'll love being able to use play dough, erasable markers and teddies to learn about the numbers 0-30.

Included in this pack:

* Individual number mat for numbers 0 to 30 (primary polka dot or pastel design)

* Sections on each mat include:

Read it - read the numeral and number word on each mat.

Make it - make the number with play dough.

Write it - write the numerals and number words with an erasable marker.

Count it - count out the number of teddies shown on each mat.
* 5 x Cut and paste worksheets (count the amount and match the number)
* 3 x Dab a dot worksheets (read the number and dab a dot with a Q-tip)

* Write and wipe mats 0 to 10 (trace the numbers and number words)

* Write and wipe mats 11 to 20 (trace the numbers and number words)

Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).
