Description

Counting Coins Task Cards are perfect for your money unit in 2nd grade for your math centers or to play the game "Scoot". It also works well for "Quiz, Quiz Trade", "Numbered Heads Together", or other cooperative group activities. The task cards be used for small groups, whole group, or for early finishers. There are 48 task cards in all and start with pennies and going up to quarters with other coins mixed in. The cards get progressively harder so they will also work if you teach 1st grade and only use pennies, nickels, and dimes.
