After introducing and doing the worksheets that focus on identifying characteristics of the 3D geometric shapes that you normally use to teach this concept, this fun game focuses on using those characteristics while identifying the 3d shapes. There is one game board but two spinners to use. The first spinner has the children moving to shapes on the game board by identifying the number of corners a shape has. The second spinner focuses on counting the number of faces a shape has.
This is a zipped file that contains two versions of the same game; one PDF version for partner, small group, or center use, and a bonus SMARTBoard file for showing how to play the game or playing with the whole group.
