Download the preview and print a few sample cards to try out before purchasing. Two sets of similar cards included - one with standard print numerals, one with "Wacky Numbers" clip art.
Children will count to determine the number of crayons, attach a clothespin to the correct numeral, and flip the card to check the answer. The use of clothespins or clips helps strengthen the pincer grasp. As an alternative, use dry erase markers, counters, seasonal erasers, theme related items, or dry-erase markers.
Clip cards are a great activity for centers, small group time, or as an inclusion in individualized work baskets.
Adhere included answer tabs to back of cards for self-correction, or mark with your own stickers. This allows for independent practice.
