'Let's Go Buggy!' is the perfect addition to your collection of math games. Children take turns to roll a pocket die (or use the templates provided to make your own!) - choose numerals, number words or pictures. After each roll, children add bugs to their jar. Watch out for the fly swat! If this appears 1 bug must be taken out. Bug spray is even worse news - all bugs must be emptied from the jar if it is rolled. The first player with 10 bugs in their jar is the winner!
Easy to prepare and lots of fun to play, 'Let's Go Buggy!' combines counting practice with numeral recognition and even works on simple addition and subtraction concepts.
Simply add plastic bug counters found at the dollar store (or print the pictures provided) for a hands on game that will quickly become a class favourite!
