Product Description
This 82 page book full of ready to use math journal prompts. Just add kids, math journals and manipulatives and you have independent practice at your finger tips!

This set of prompts are to be used to practice the common core standard k.cc.3. The children use one to one correspondence to count the objects and write the matching number in the answer blank.

All the prompts in this collection have been used in my classroom. (There are 82 pages of prompts ready to be cut into strips and glued into journals.)

**What do you use for journals?
I get asked all the time what I use for journals. I like the marble composition books that Wal Mart sells at the beginning of the year for a quarter. My teaching partner uses spiral notebooks. Really the choice is yours. The idea behind cutting the strips is to conserve copy paper and time at the copy machine.
