Description

Make practicing counting coins more fun with these eight money centers. Ready to print, cut & laminate. Perfect for centers, stations, math tubs and more!

Included in this download:

  • Race for a Dollar – Includes game board, printable money, & dice. Students roll and practice adding coins to their board and trading in for bigger coins until they reach $1.

  • Pet Shop Math – Using a picture of a pet shop, students answer questions about the cost of the animals. Two different sets of question cards to differentiate. Use like task cards.

  • Count the Room – 30 signs with labels and coins for various parts of the classroom (table, door, bookshelf, etc.). Students walk around the classroom and total the coins found on each sign.

  • Money Compare – Includes 54 cards to play the traditional card game War

  • Money Memory Game – Includes coins and matching amounts to be used as a memory game or to play Go Fish

  • Money Puzzles – 4 piece puzzles that include 4 different ways to make the same amount of money.

  • Quarters Galore – In this game, students try to be the first to earn $5 by moving around the game board and earning and spending quarters.

  • Math Journal – 4 flip pages that could be used in an interactive math journal or lapbook about counting coins

*Each file includes directions to set at each center or suggestions for use if there are multiple ways to use the file
