PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Counting Coins includes pennies, nickels, and dimes. Students count only these coins. They are not mixed together. This product is perfect for a beginning money unit. Students can play "Match" or "Go Fish". The coin cards themselves can be used as task cards to play "Scoot", cooperative activities like "Quiz, Quiz Trade" or "Numbered Heads Together", placed at a math center, etc. You can also give students your own plastic coins and the cards with the price tags on them and they count out the correct amount. This is a good way to differentiate.

There are 24 store cards, answer keys, recording sheet for Scoot, and two worksheets.

Other products your students may enjoy:
Counting Coins Task Cards
Expanded Notation to 120 Task Cards
