This book was made for a class with multiple disabilities, however covers many content standards in Regular Education Classrooms as well.
In this themed book, students will use number identifications skills and counting skills to complete each page of the book.
Each turkey has a number on his belly and it's up to the students to color that amount of feathers! There are also numbers to practice tracing and the number word to practice sight word identification, fine motor skills, and hand writing.
There are 4 strands of the Math Extendend Content Standards covered in this lesson. There are 3 strands of the Language Arts Extendend Content Standards that are covered in this lesson.

RL.35.9b (Reading Standards for Literature) Participate in supported grade-level appropriate adapted literature materials.
