This is a great companion resource for my Morning Calendar Routines Job Chart. Instead of using a place value pocket chart I use laminated cards that the children can either attach a number card with sticky tack or write the number independently with whiteboard marker. Using these cards instead of a pocket chart allows me to move them around on the board to make room for current skills.
This packet includes a title card, 100’s, 10’s, and 1’s card, two cards for the days in school and the days left in school, and instructions for preparing and placing. I have also included number cards as an option. Either having the student find the correct number card or independently writing the new number they will be practicing valuable math skills. You will need plastic zip bags to hold the craft sticks and rubber bands for grouping the tens bundles.
Great for building counting skills, writing numbers, and learning place value.
Thank you for downloading my free resource. Have fun planning your 100th day celebration!
