Courageous Character Biography Card Activity & Writing Prompt: Easy Literacy Center
Are you studying Martin Luther King Junior? Rosa Parks? Amelia Earhart? Helen Keller? Cesar Chavez?
The Courageous Characters Card Activity is a fun way for students to learn about history while creating their own biography card featuring one of the Courageous Characters of past and present. Students will learn basic information about the person by creating their own card and by sharing with classmates. It can be used as part of a Black History Month Unit and is great on a bulletin board or posted in the hallway outside the classroom.
