This worksheet can be used as a hands-on lab exploring cranberries. Put real cranberries in a large bowl and let students guess how many are in the bowl. Then have students actually count the cranberries. You can have them group cranberries by fives, tens, etc. Predict if the cranberry will sink or float. Have a glass of water and let students try it out. Have students predict if cranberries will bounce. Then let the students have fun experimenting and finding the results to the bouncing question. Depending on the age of your students you may need to lead students through this lab step by step.
