Crash Course in Physics is a fast moving, informative, entertaining video series that tackles many issues that come up in high school AP physics classes. Dr. Shini Somara is your host. I provide a full page and half page option for students to fill in as the video plays. Many of the questions are more conceptual in nature, so that students can watch the video and still respond even after the video is complete. Video can be shown in class or assigned and students can watch multiple times to assimilate content.

I recommend printing these sheets directly from the pdf.

The videos are available on YouTube and a link to the video is included in the worksheets.

Waves are cool. The more we learn about waves, the more we learn about a lot of things in physics. Everything from earthquakes to music! Ropes can tell us a lot about how traveling waves work so, in this episode of Crash Course Physics, Shini uses ropes (and animated ropes) to talk about how waves carry energy and how different kinds of waves transmit energy differently.
