Crash Course in Physics is a fast moving, informative, entertaining video series that tackles many issues that come up in high school AP physics classes. Dr. Shini Somara is your host. I provide a full page and half page option for students to fill in as the video plays. Many of the questions are more conceptual in nature, so that students can watch the video and still respond even after the video is complete. Video can be shown in class or assigned and students can watch multiple times to assimilate content.
I recommend printing these sheets directly from the pdf.
The videos are available on YouTube and a link to the video is included in the worksheets.
Music plays a big part in many of our lives. Whether you just like to listen or you enjoy playing an instrument, music is powerful. So what is music? How does it work? What are the physics of music? In this episode of Crash Course Physics, Shini talks to us about how music functions in terms of waves and how these waves interact with our ears.
