Product Description
I use the bearings (all the same size) that are meant for pendula. The students drop various masses into a container of sand and measure the crater.

Since they know the height they dropped it from, I give them a velocity to use and kinetic energy can be calculated.

Finally students can graph KE vs Crater size (or mass vs crater size, I suppose)
