This resource is great for hands on practicing of affixes and root/base words! It is a perfect activity for Literature Centers or small group instruction.
Print out the chart for your students to use in conjunction with the prefix, suffix, and root word cards. Your students will combine the cards to create new words, explaining the meaning of each part.
Laminate the sets and use them over and over again in Centers or Small groups!
