Students can use what they have learned about birds to create their own bird. The is a space for an illustration and a list of questions that they should answer in their writing. What is the name of your bird? What type of beak does it have? What does it eat? What type of feet does it have? What color are its feathers? How big is it? Where does it live? Does it migrate? What is interesting about it? I usually like to take these and create a class book when they are finished.
