In this fun and creative booklet, students get to use their imaginations to create their very own superhero!
This writing assignment focuses on descriptive writing by having students write two descriptive paragraphs about their superhero. In the first paragraph, students describe what their superhero looks like and what his/her powers are. In the second paragraph, students describe how their superhero uses his/her powers to help others.
Booklet includes writing assignment outline, rubric, graphic organizers, descriptive writing worksheets, and sentence structure outline for students to use before drafting.
Make it come to life by having a superhero convention! Have your students dress up as their superhero and make a presentation describing how they help others!
