This project gives students the opportunity to delve deep into many aspects of the Renaissance. Students will pretend to be journalists who live in Florence. Their task is to capture the major accomplishments and achievements of the Renaissance. While there is a lot of room for creativity and an opportunity for originality, students will base their information on historical evidence.
The product comes with a detailed explanation of each component required in the newspaper and a detailed rubric. Students will include the following components in their newspaper:
