Description
Digital Halloween activities like Create a Pumpkin in Google Drive™ will get your students engaged this fall. This can be adapted for many different kinds of paperless writing activities. Will work on Chromebooks, laptops or computers.
Send your students (via Google Classroom™, Shared Folder, Email address, etc.) the Google Doc™ template that is embedded into the direction presentation. Students will use the Google Drawing™ feature within Google Docs™ to design a pumpkin. They will insert their pumpkin creation into their doc and then type a written response underneath.
Some writing ideas include but aren't limited to:
★Describe your pumpkin
★If your pumpkin could talk, what would he/she say?
★If you were a pumpkin, how would life be different?
★Write a creative story about your pumpkin
★Write about a pumpkin's lifecycle
★Write a poem about pumpkins

This product comes as a link in a PDF file. First, make sure you are signed into your Google™ account. Click on the links and you will be prompted to "Make a Copy". Rename the file to whatever you would like. It will be sent directly to your drive! Disperse to your students via Google Classroom™, Google Drive™ Shared folder, your Learning Platform, etc..
