Providing opportunities for students to become self-directed can be a challenge. I’ve designed these templates to help teachers create quality checklists for students so that students can begin to own their own learning. This packet will help you create quality checklists for students to use as a guide for their personalized instruction. This packet contains an example of how to plan a quality checklist through analysis planning, examples of how to take a standard and create a checklist, and an example of a checklist you would give your students. This is a HOW TO guide for teachers looking for a process to help them create individualized plans for students.
