Students will be given an annual salary and family size. From that information, students will create an annual budget based on the budget sheet provided. Students must make real world decisions, such as "Should I buy basic cable or premium cable?" Students will then compare budgets of students with various income levels. Students are then asked to create a histogram that compares the budgets of various income levels. Finally, students will analyze the histogram and write a short essay that describes what this means in real life.
