This lesson engages students in primary and secondary sources analysis of creation myths throughout the world. Students individually analyze the primary/secondary sources using text-dependent questions, debrief their question with a group, and collaborate to create a graffiti wall analyzing and synthesizing their myth. Students then engage in a gallery walk with a scaffolding worksheet to compare and contrast myths. A student-generated tea party extension in included! Ultimately, students will answer the questions: How do creation myths from around the world compare and contrast with each other? What is the significance of this comparison?
