This creative activity adapts play plan ideas from the Tools of the Mind curriculum and can be used for homeschooling or in the classroom. The following play plans provide some ideas for play to get their creative juices flowing. Children will draw a picture of how they are planning to play and also write a description of their play plan.
If they cannot draw or write out what they intend to do, a parent or teacher can do part of it out for them. Conversely, the children attempt to write out what they intend to do and the teacher/parent can make the necessary corrections.
I hope you find these play plans useful and use them often. Enjoy!
