PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In this activity the student writes from two perspectives. The first perspective is in first person point-of-view of a survivor who is stranded on an island. They write their thoughts and adventures down in the journal.

In part two, the student takes on the role of a struggling writer in New York City who has been hired to rewrite the journal into a novel. Their publishing company has decided that the journal is "too boring" and needs to be spiced up in order to sound more interesting.
