Are you looking for a high-engagement activity to help students with inferencing skills?This low-prep Crime Scene investigation is the perfect tool to get your students engaged and thinking critically!

Set up your "crime" and fill in the information on the *editable* document for each of your "suspects." Templates are provided, so all you have to insert are pictures and your suspects' information (eye color, hair color, favorite things). Students must act as detectives and visit the crime scene to collect evidence. After reading through each case file and reviewing all the evidence, students must determine whodunit and the motive.

Students will be so engaged they won't even realize that they are actually learning!!
