My district loves to have kids self-assess and be given a criteria on what they need to do to reach their goal. These criteria charts were created specifically for my speech/language kids, so that I could implement them in therapy.

Print and laminate the charts and circle cards. You can choose to cut out circle cards or leave them as strips/full page.
Review the appropriate chart with your student before the session. Afterward, have them self-assess by indicating if their performance was blue, yellow, or green. They can give you or point to the appropriate color card included. If it was blue, help them decide why they were blue.
