This is a collection of 19 TPRS stories that I actually created together with my Spanish 1 students. They are personalized to my own students, but they will hopefully give you some insight into what TPRS actually looks and feels like in a real classroom.
These are all stories that we learn early in level 1 before we begin reading any novels or using any established curriculum. They are designed to help students acquire very high-frequency language structures. Much of the information elicited from students came from using Ben Slavic's "Circling with balls" technique.
4 of the stories have "Mad Libs" to allow you or your students to create a personalized version of the story. 2 of the stories have a short set of comprehension questions.
This is not a curriculum. These are not worksheets. These are typed-up versions of stories co-created by my students and me. Use them as scripts for yourself, filling in personal details about your own students. Use them as supplemental readings. Use them to get ideas. They go in no particular order.
