Use these culinary arts lab planning and lab evaluation sheets in your food & nutrition courses! The lab planning sheet instructs students to assign a role to each lab partner and divide the responsibilities. The students can use this sheet in the lab along with their recipe to guide them through the recipe lab. It also helps ensure students are accountable for their responsibilities, and helps prevent one student 'cooking all of the time' while other students 'always wash the dishes.'
The lab evaluation sheet is used by the instructor to assess each group's performance during the lab. I use both of these sheets in my own food and nutrition courses!
