Lab evaluation sheet to be used as a guide on how to grade students performance during a lab situation. The sheet gives you space for students names, comments, and Kansas state culinary standards including the technical skills associated with labs. There is an example sheet for reference on how you might want to fill out the evaluation form and there is an explanation page to describe what you should look for in each section of the evaluation and the standards that go with that section. The description page could be applied to the evaluation sheet and sent home to parents to inform parents how their student is evaluated during a lab situation. This is reproducible and in word document.
