In this webquest, students will be using the Scholastic site "Culture & Change: Black History in America" in which students will learn about Rosa Parks and the Bus Boycott including an interview with Rosa Parks, Melba Pattillo and the Little Rock Nine, Ruby Bridges and many African American Inventors. It also uses the Scholastic Culture & Change Interactive website that leads students through a journey from slavery to freedom. Students have the option to read the information or have it read to them. It's a great activity for MLK day, Black History Month, etc. The answer key is included.
