PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Students love this activity! It's engaging, allows students to work at their own pace while self-differentiating, and gives the teacher an opportunity to formatively assess students. Cup of Knowledge can replace the average review game or review packet and gets your students up and moving.

The goal of Cup of Knowledge is for each student to get 10 points by solving different problems that are assigned a specific point value. Easy problems are 1 point, intermediate problems are 2, and challenging problems are 3 points. Students can choose how they reach 10 points, but they must get the answer correct to receive points!

This activity covers:
Pythagorean Theorem
Converse of Pythagorean Theorem
Proving the Pythagorean Theorem
Simplifying Radicals with Multiplication Property
Simplifying Radicals with Division Property
Rationalizing the Denominator
Pythagorean Theorem and Special Right Triangles

Thank you and enjoy!

*Feedback is greatly appreciated! My hope is to make products that teachers can use without having to change the activity or prepare much of it on their own.
