These activities are useful for B1/ B1+ students. No wonder, learning English from films is the most enjoyable and motivating process, it gives a visual context and natural expressions, makes language bright and flexible.

"Curly Sue" is a well-known film, with meaningful topics to be disccussed and a variety of vocabulary to be studied. It will greatly develop students' communicative skills and practise listening.

Part VI. Imagine you are a journalist making notes for your article in the family magazine “Courageous Woman”. You are going to interview Grey Ellison about her decision to adopt a child. Write down seven questions you’d like to ask.

Pair work. Imagine you are Bill and Grey. Share your attitude of Sue’s upbringing and discuss her future.
