This current events worksheet has students identify the important information in their article using the who, what, where, why, and how of a news article and put that information into a paragraph that summarizes the information. There are two copies of the worksheet in pdf, one in a fun newspaper/typewriter font and the other in Times New Roman. There is also an editable word document that students can type their information into.
