CUSTOMIZABLE grab-n-go speech articulation/phonology worksheets to track self-monitoring at the spontaneous sentence level or conversation exchanges (with use of video feedback) for:
- articulation targets
-social skills/pragmatics, etc!!
Alternatively, these worksheets can be used to track progress and trials for articulation, phonology, and social skills/pragmatics, etc. They're a motivating coloring/stamping/painting activity to complete while building motor memory and articulation/phonology skills!
Grab these sheets with some crayons/markers/dot markers/paints/stamps/stamper markers and some artic. cards or a jumbo artic. book for a quick plan therapy session!
Have the student color one part/section of the picture scene when he/she practices the target word accurately after each trial/level of speech is completed. Two scenarios are listed below:
For self-monitoring, prompt the student to reflect and report which type of production he/she just made (a "good job" or one where he/she "could have done better"). This can be after spontaneous sentences are uttered or after conversational exchanges are made (the student would likely need a video to playback and pause to determine his/her accuracy for this level).
For speech progress monitoring, the student may color/stamp/paint one owl in the tree (for instance) after the student makes a target production at the intended level (word/phrase/sentence/etc). Repeat practicing the word 4 more times to finish coloring the rest of the owls on the tree.
There are places provided to remind you to mark which phoneme, position, and level (i.e. word, phrase, sentence, etc) that your student is working on.
