This is a great activity that can be adapted in many ways that covers the cuts of beef on a cow and cattle by products.

You can give them the information to put on it, have them fill it out as a review or have them research the answers on technology.
I use this product after covering beef cow production and beef terminology. The students cut out the 2 cows and glue them into their interactive notebooks. They research the cuts of beef, label and color them. Then they research various cow byproducts and write down what they are and what part of the cow body it comes from.
