This is a Distance=rate*time (same distance problems) around the world activity (also known as scavenger hunts). Students love being able to get out of their desks and move around the room! There are a total of 9 problems that have the students find the time it takes for two different moving objects to cover the same distance. All problems cover the same concept, however they expose the students to different ways of phrasing such as finding the time it takes for one moving object to be the same distance from the departure point as another moving object and finding the time it take for one moving object to catch up to another one.
