This is a completed example of the "Data Organization for Marking IEP Goals" document that I previously listed. I find that having a model visual is very helpful. It's easiest for me to print out a paper copy so I can jot down data information throughout the quarter. When I first print it, I write the last quarter's data in pencil, and then I write the new data in pen. I like to see the student's progress. Along the bottom of the page, I write "Goal Marked, Printed, Sent Home, Need Info" and then highlight them each a different color. When I go to actually mark the IEP goals for quarterly progress reports, I simply use the same color highlighter and mark a line along the side of the table, to keep track of my own progress. Take a look at the example... it should make sense when you see it. This document is an easy way to have all of your student's data on just a page or two (or more if you have big caseloads :) I'm new to TPT, so I didn't know how to include a word document and a pdf of the example. Please, let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy.
