Progress monitoring is often a tedious job. It is often difficult to implement, organize, and input data into the DIBELS data system. This document provides teachers in grades 1-5 with a tool to simplify the data collecting process. Teachers can record all of the students, in which they are progress monitoring, on the form containing the specific area of concern in DIBELS. As teachers progress monitor, they can easily record the student data on the individual forms. The design of the form allows teachers to easily input the DIBELS data into the data system.
