This Common Factor Sorting Game
will have students building their number sense in a fun and active way! This game is fully interactive and is designed to be used with google drive.
It includes 20 rounds
where students drag and drop numbers into a Venn diagram based on common factors. For example, the circles of the Venn diagram might say "Factors of 10", "Factors of 12", and "Factors of 20". 5 would fall in the common space between 10 and 20. 4 would fall in the common space between 12 and 20. 2 would fall in the center as it is a factor of all three.
The majority of the numbers in this game are below 50 and require only times table knowledge. The numbers grow larger and more challenging towards the end of the game in order to push your students to the next level.
