Yes, a Digital First Day of School Chalkboard Keepsake will make going back to school special! Create a one-of-a-kind keepsake for your students (or your own kids or grandkids) - or use for a memorable open house presentation!
Complete and detailed instructions are provided. We've included pre-k, preschool, kindergarten, and grades 1-6 with blue, pink, green, and multi-colored options.
Speaking of options - there are so many ways to use this!!
1. Print the one you need and have kids complete their own using a white crayon or chalk to fill in the information in each section. Now take a picture of each student with his/her poster. Email these to parents - OR create your own slide with each for a one-of-a-kind presentation for your open house or back-to-school night.
2. Duplicate the one(s) you need and insert it into your own new powerpoint presentation. Add the student name and/or photo, then use the pre-made boxes to fill in the missing information. Save this and run this as a looped powerpoint before and/or after your curriculum presentation - parents will love it!
3. If you kids have Google accounts, copy the slide you need and send it to them so they can add the missing text themselves. Then you can pop them all into a Google Slides presentation - or email to parents.
4. Print these for a bulletin board and number them so they are anonymous, then have parents (or the students themselves) guess which student each one belongs with by simply using notebook paper and numbering to write their guess for each poster.
Please be sure to let us know how you used this - we'd love to hear about it! Also, remember that if you have need any further assistance with this project, we'll be glad to help.
