Description

This DIGITAL Google Forms quiz includes a one page reading passage about food chains and 10 self scoring, multiple choice questions. The passage describes how energy makes its way from the sun up the food chain to plants and animals. It explains the difference between producers, consumers, and decomposers.

Share with students via your Google Classroom. Students will read the passage and respond by choosing the best answer for each of the 10 questions. Google forms will do the scoring for you by assigning a grade out of 100.

This passage is also available in PDF format here if you would rather print out and assign as paper and pencil instead of digitally. If you like this format, all of my science reading passages include digital, Google Forms versions!
